About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 15 minutes

Charities are increasingly expected to demonstrate not just what they do—but the difference they make. This introductory session will explore the concept of social value as a way to measure and communicate the broader impact of your work.

Through a mix of presentation, discussion, and real-world examples, you’ll gain an understanding of:

  • What social value is and why it matters
  • How it differs from traditional outputs and outcomes
  • Practical ways to start identifying, capturing, and articulating your organisation’s social value
  • Tools and frameworks that can support your measurement efforts
