Customer Experience Journey Mapping is a powerful tool that helps us view an organisation from the perspective of its stakeholders; the resultant insights providing a uniquely customer-orientated approach to developing a charity's strategy.

As part of our 'giving back' programme, Connect Assist (Charity helpline provider) is teaming up with Oracle (Leading CRM technology provider) to run a FREE, charity only, hands-on workshop to learn what Customer Experience Journey Mapping is all about.

This won't be a PowerPoint lecture and there's not much sitting down. Together we'll be looking at some tricky supporter and customer experiences, "walking in their shoes" to gain insight into their journeys, focus on their emotional needs and how, by changing a stakeholders' experience and behaviour, we can deliver better outcomes for all.
