In order to hold regular quarterly meetings in Scotland we need to boost the number of Scottish charitiy members, so the idea of this event is two-fold. Firstly, it is to be the inaugural Scottish Members’ Meeting. And secondly, it is an event to invite prospective members to find out what it's all about, and with a view to joining.
You are invited to join us for this special networking event focused on learning and development and online learning within the third sector. I would like to show you how working as a consortium you too can share, save and collaborate for success with learning technologies.
Who is this event for? Members of the Charity Learning Consortium based in Scotland, as well as voluntary organisations based in Scotland looking to find out more about membership to the Consortium.
At this event you will:
hear first-hand why our members based in Scotland have joined the Consortium
hear how your organisation can benefit from the sharing of best practice within the sector
find out about the Consortium's eLearning content, including compliance courseware
meet other like-minded L&D professionals working in the charity sector
witness a personalised Moodle Learning Management System, created for the charity sector and available as part of membership
get involved with our GivebackUK project, offering a free video learning library to charities
learn about about regular networking events with our 100+ membership base
Register now for your complementary place using the form on this page and please share with anybody else you think may be interested.

"We have found the opportunity to network with likeminded individuals across the UK invaluable and have been able to explore mutual concerns around learner engagement, developing positive learning cultures and becoming better marketeers of our services and products. We have also made some very positive changes to the way we provide our L&D service in Kibble as a direct result of participation in the CLC networking events and the Moodle platform provided through our membership has allowed us to start developing an eLearning resource we are proud of." Marie Duncan, Learning and Development Manager, Kibble Education and Care Centre
