Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for tickets purchased for this event. As it is a charity fundraising event, all proceeds from ticket sales directly contribute to the charities listed in the event description, and are essential for supporting our program and initiatives.

Yes, parking options are accessible for attendees. Street parking is accessible in Neepsend and Kelham Island areas. Moreover, we encourage you to visit The Mowbray's website, where they have provided a list of nearby car parks for your convenience. It is advisable to arrive early to secure a spot.

I have specific dietary requirements or allergies. Will these be accomodated?

Accepted Answer

Prior to the event, registered guests will receive an email asking for any dietary restrictions or allergies. The Mowbray will strive to accommodate these needs. Feel free to email us to discuss any options before purchasing your ticket.

Is the venue  accessible for individuals with mobility needs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the main event space is on the ground floor which is at street level. Additionally, there is an accessible toilet for convenience. If you require any further assistance or have specific accessibility concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us prior to the event.

Is there an age restriction at this event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Bite 'N' Bond is an adult-only event with an age restriction of 18 and above. This decision has been made due to the licencing conditions at The Mowbray, as the event runs past 9pm. If you fail to bring appropriate ID, you will be refused entry as there is a Challenge 25 policy in place.
