The morning and into the early afternoon will focus on reflecting on the CHARM projects through the peer-supported groups we have established or have been involved with over the past 15 months. This includes: Manchester Hearing Voices groups (online, women's group, Muslim Voice, Trafford - and other projects with 42nd Street and BIG), the Peer-supported Open Dialogue Network, Food & Mind, and the Gaining Autonomy with Medication group.
We will hold sharing circles for each group/community to gather and reflect on the learnings of each group.
During the afternoon, we want to hold workshops to foster creative discussion in order to draw out our vision for the future of CHARM. Through a creative envisioning process, we hope to map out the way forward.
The agenda is flexible and will adapt based on discussions and reflections during the workshop. We look forward to your participation!
Please note, places will be limited. If we are over-subscribed we will be in touch.
A vegetarian meal, with gluten free options, will be provided at lunch. We kindly ask for donations (pay as you feel). There will be vegan and gluten free options.
There will be ample opportunity for breaks and movement.
This event is free to attend, however we ask that you kindly book so we know numbers for food. You will also be asked whether you have attended a CHARM event previously; in the event that we are over-subscribed, we will prioritise those who have done.
