About this event

  • 1 hour

Open to all employers and employees looking to develop highly effective health and social care management.

Join us to gain an overview of the programme and details about our upcoming September cohorts in Manchester, Birmingham and London.

A practice-focused leadership programme for early career leaders, this apprenticeship was developed with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), integrated with the NHS Leadership Academy Mary Seacole Programme.

The programme supports apprentices to apply what they have learned in their own workplace and aligns with the objectives of the NHS People Plan. Projects are agreed with employers to include live, real-world health and care scenarios.

Webinar highlights:

  • Learn what to expect from the apprenticeship for both apprentices and employers.
  • Gain insights into the application process.
  • Discover funding opportunities.
