Yes, currently it is as this is the first time we are introducing this inclusive session to Marquis Drive this year.

Do I need to bring Cycle Helmet?

No need to bring a helmet—we provide them. However, we understand that some participants prefer not to wear one, and that’s absolutely fine.

Chase Fit is a free community wellbeing programme in Cannock Chase, encouraging people to get active outdoors through walking, cycling, running, and gardening. It’s inclusive, social, and open to all ages and fitness levels. Delivered in partnership with the charity Inspiring Healthy Lifestyles.
