A DST information session, aimed at Community Professionals and Care Providers who may be supporting Individuals through a DST assessment.
Attendees should have already attended the Checklist Training session before attending this DST information session.
This information session is delivered via MS Teams and is designed to provide attendees with the following:
- Better understanding of the DST assessment process
- DST terminology
- Roles of attendees
- Use of evidence in the DST process
- Things to consider in the domains
- Expectation management and supporting Individuals and their representatives
- Next steps after the DST meeting
