Hosted by Professor Vicky Gunn, Head of Learning and Teaching, The Glasgow School of Art

The seminar will focus on how to develop an excellent student experience and will draw on relevant and diverse organization level case studies, providing an opportunity for considering delegates’ current student experience issues within a confidential peer group.

This seminar will focus on:

  • Using the TEF provider submission to help lead improvements in student experience
  • How social justice within Higher Education can improve student experience
  • How student partnerships can help improve student experience
  • Developing a strategy to deliver an excellent student experience
