Check-in & Chat: Support Group at RISC

Our next monthly support meeting at RISC is on Monday 8th September 2025 at 7.30pm.

Join us for refreshments and a friendly chat. Share your experiences and listen to others. It's a great chance to pick up tips for coping and get support from peers. There's no pressure - you can join in as much or as little as you choose.

Please book a free ticket to attend. As always, our meetings are completely free of charge and everyone is welcome. We aim to provide a safe and confidential environment where everyone is listened to and treated with respect.

Entrance to RISC is by the rear doors, via alleyway to right of RISC World Shop
