Each session in the Indie Füde Cheese School will shine a spotlight on a single cheese style from soft and bloomy to hard and aged, blue, washed rind, goat’s milk, and beyond. You’ll be guided by one of our resident Indie Füde cheese experts, who will break down how each style is made, what gives it its unique character, how to taste it like a pro, and how best to pair it with drinks, breads, and condiments.

But that’s not all: every class also features a special guest cheesemaker, joining us to share real insights from behind the scenes the craft, the challenges, the stories, and the passion that bring each cheese to life. You’ll learn directly from the people who make the wheels, stir the vats, and shape the flavours we love. And of course, tasting some wonderful examples of each style.
