The Cambridge Cheese Company opened in 1994 as a specialist cheesemongers and delicatessen, sourcing artisan cheese and fine food from producers who are passionate, dedicated and share their key values regarding sustainability, fantastic animal welfare and high quality produce.
Camilla has been at the helm for a decade, working with hundreds of dairies and producers, and carefully maturing the shop’s range of over 250 seasonal cheeses, on site in Cambridge.
On the night, Camilla will teach you all about the history of each cheese, the animals & farms involved, the dairy and the production method, as well as about the flavour of every cheese and the art of pairing, while the Blackbirds team will showcase four phenomenal wines and teach you about their provencance, production and flavour profiles. Expect lots of fun and to leave extremely full!
