We will be capping all categories at 16 competitors only.

Venue: Cleeve Sports Centre, Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, GL52 8AE

Start Time: 9.00am

Prices:

Spectator’s £5.00

Early Bird Registration: Kids - £20.00 – Adults – £25.00 – Spectator’s £5.00

Last week of Entry: Sunday 17th November 2019 to Thursday 21st November 2019: Kids £25.00 Adults £30.00

All entries will close Thursday 21st November 2019

T:Shirts will once again be avaliable for Pre-Order in Black or White £12.00.

If you wish to enter one weight category above your own initial category this will be available at an additional cost: (You must have entered your own specific weight category also, this cannot be shared between participants and or family/team members)

Early Bird Additional Category £10.00

Last Week of Entry Additional Category £15.00


Refunds:

Full refunds will be given to everyone up until the final two weeks of the event. The final day for any refunds will be Sunday 10th NOVEMBER 2019. There will be no refunds given after this point. Please also note you will only be refunded your ticket price as rules and regulations mean you will no longer be refunder the processing fee.

Round Times:

7 Years and Under: 2 Minutes

9 Years and Under: 3 Minutes

15 Years and Under: 4 Minutes

16-18 Years & Adults: 5 Minutes
