Which tickets can I use my discount code on?

Accepted Answer

Discount codes offering more than 10% off are only valid for general admission and standing tickets.

Question 2

Can I dress up / do I have to dress up?

It is not policy, although we encourage everyone to wear fancy dress!

Lederhosen’s and dirndls are the traditional dress code which is available for purchase on our website.

However, any fancy dress will be welcomed.

Question 3

What happens if the event is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket will be refunded if the event is cancelled. However, if the event cannot go ahead due to measures outside of our control, then we will postpone the event and a refund will not be issued.

Question 4

What drinks will you have?

Accepted Answer

Will have a full drinks selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Our main beer will be a German Pilsner Lager, however we will also have other beers and ciders on tap.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Accepted Answer

We will have disabled toilets and all doors and walkways will be wheelchair regulation width.

However, please note the event is in a big top tent on a field and the majority of the site will be on grass. Our staff onsite will be happy to assist in any way they can.

Can I resell my ticket?

We are working with Tixel who provide a safe and easy place for you to sell your ticket to a buyer.

To sell your ticket please go to tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

No. All tickets must be purchased online before the event.

Will there be food at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will have a selection of German style food trucks offering a variety of food; including vegan and vegetarian options.

Can I reserve a table?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a VIP ticket will provide an allocated table in the VIP area next to the stage for 10 guests.

What do you get with the VIP package?

Accepted Answer

The VIP package will include a reserved table for 10 people in the VIP area.

Each member of the party will get one drink of their choice and one meal token for our German food stall.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately not. Dogs are not allowed.

Is there last entry time?

Accepted Answer

There is no last entry time.

Question 13

Does my ticket need to have my name on it ?

Accepted Answer

No, your ticket does not have to have your name on it. The ticket purchasers name will be on the ticket. The important thing is that each ticket will have a unique QR code that will be scanned upon entry. Each QR code/ ticket can only be used once.

Will you have Gluten free / Alcohol free beer?

Accepted Answer

Yes, We will have gluten free and alcohol free beer stocked at the bar.

Is there an age limit / are children allowed?

This is an 18+ event, ID will be checked on entry.
