Cheshire Game and Country Show: 30th & 31st August 2020
Fishing demonstration and lessons are available from the Angling Trust and Salmon and Trout Society.
There is also the opportunity to have a go at clay shooting weather your a novice, beginner or an expert with your own gun there is tuition and advice on hand.
The shooting village offers field archery with ACA (Adrian Caddy Archery) and a range of airgun disciplines with ATEO - Airgun training and education organisation.
A large craft village with craft marquees and craft demonstrations such as Glass Blowing, Blacksmiths and Make and Take is the perfect place to buy that unique gift.
While the Food Glorious Food offers a range of selected national and local food producers and specialist street foods and drinks. Here you will find the country kitchen hosting a number of cookery demonstrations throughout the day - the perfect place to relax and unwind.
In recent years the show has been home to the English Open Chainsaw Competition this is to be replaced by a new chainsaw competition.

In 1977 the Queen's Silver Jubilee Year we held our 1st Antique & Collectors Fair. In 1980 we held our very 1st Craft Fair which then started of the craft fair movement, 1992 saw our very first Country Fair at Himley Hall which proved such a success we carried on to organise events at Sandringham, Burghley House and Bowood House to name a few. The first ever English Open Chainsaw Carving Competition was held at Sandringham, thirteen years on the competition is now held at our Cheshire Event and continues to draw the worlds top chainsaw carvers to compete for the coverted title. With Game & Country Shows, Craft Shows and Food Festival all over the Country and with nearly 40 years of experience you're sure to have a great day out.
