Cheshire & Merseyside Neurodiversity Profiling Tool: PCF Trial Session
Overview
The Cheshire & Merseyside neurodiversity profiling tool will be used across the region to better understand and meet the needs of neurodiverse children/young people and their families.
When a family or a professional working with a child/young person identifies potential neurodiversity, they will work together to complete a profile.
This will involve collaborating with the child/young person and their parents/carers to understand their strengths, differences and needs in various areas. By using this needs-led approach, we can provide more personalised support at an earlier stage.
ABOUT THIS SESSION
This session is an opportunity for parents, carers and families to trial the training and toolkit materials for the profiling tool and offer their feedback.
