Will all the beers and ciders be on at once?

Nope, the beer list represents everything that will be served over the entire festival. Beers will come on and go off as and when they are drunk.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yep. As with any bar, alcoholic drinks are strictly for guests aged 18 or over. If you are lucky enough to look 25 or younger please bring along ID. All kiddies very welcome on Saturday until 7pm and Sunday. Children under the age of 16 do not require a ticket but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Hoole Community Centre is a 10 minute walk from Chester Train Station, and there are plenty of bus routes through Hoole so please leave your car at home!

What can I bring into the event?

No food or drink is to be brought in to the event. Bag searches will be in progress at the entrance and any food or drink will be confiscated.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Pop us an email to sue@chesterbeerandwine.co.uk

What's the refund policy?

As with any other event organiser’s policy, if you are unable to attend the event you will not receive a refund for your ticket.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Paper copies are great, but you can also show your ticket on your smartphone too.

Are dogs allowed?

Yep. We love dogs but please do keep them on a lead and under control at all times. And, of course, please make sure you clean up after your dog!

Do you take cash?

Yes. There is a cashpoint nearby on Faulkner Street, but it does often run out on a weekend.

Do you take cards?

Yes! You can buy beer tokens with your credit or debit card, and use cards on the gin and wine bars.

Will there be veggie/vegan/gluten-free food?

We are a vegan friendly event so there will always be plenty of veggie/vegan options. Gluten-free food is trickier due to the risk of cross-contamination so please contact the traders direct to confirm gluten-free options. All GF, vegan beers will be labelled.

Is the venue accessible?

All areas in the venue are wheelchair accessible, and there is a disabled toilet.
