Where fitness meets the stage! A dance fitness class, where you feel like the star of your own show! Every class, we dance to around 10 different show tunes, the greatest hits from Musicals new and old! From Chicago and Six , to Moana and Mama Mia, there is something for everyone!

I cant dance, is that ok?

You don’t need any prior dance experience! It is suitable for all dance and fitness abilities. Unlike a traditional dance class where you learn specific steps or choreography, dance fitness is all about getting a sweat on and having fun while moving your body. You’ll get swept up in the music!

What do I need to bring?

A bottle of water and your sparkle! Wear comfortable fitness clothes and trainers.
