We've teamed up with Ash Lee of cult Chinese supperclub Chi Fan for our next Guest Chef dinner!
As chilli fiends it's tough getting the real deal here in Berlin so we've put a fair few Sichuan and Hunanese dishes on like our take on 'Husband and Wife' Offal and Cod's Heads with Chilli Chutney. It's a 10-course feast and in banqueting style with start with a round of 5 cold starters followed by 5 hot dishes with rice. Ash is then doing a very special dessert from her native Shanghai - Stuffed Lotus Root with Honey sauce.
Alongside this we'll have a special list of craft beers, acid riesling and Chinese teas to pair.
