Chi Gong is an ancient Chinese health practice meaning energy work.

With simple movements, meditation and breath, we relax and invigorate the body so that our chi, our energy or life-force, moves through us with more ease and strength.

Regular practice results in greatly improved energy levels and has the power to activate the body's innate ability to heal itself. This type of energy work is "inner alchemy", the transformation of stress, emotional heaviness and blockage into vitality and inner freedom.

Matthew Bosley is a certified instructor and UK co-ordinator for the Universal Healing Tao, a system of health and spiritual practices founded by Grandmaster Mantak Chia. He is also a Chi Nei Tsang organ detox massage therapist, and counselling astrologer.
