Child-friendly walking tour of Avebury

Join us for a fun-filled adventure exploring the ancient wonders of Avebury World Heritage site! Our walking tour is specially designed for families with kids, so everyone can enjoy the magic of this historic place. Discover mysterious stone circles, learn fascinating stories, and make memories together. Don't miss out on this exciting in-person event at Avebury!

This is a 4.5km (2.8 miles) walk with a cafe stop 3km (1.9 miles) into the walk, the walk is on uneven ground, mainly on grass paths, with a few stiles, gates and road crossing to contend with, and one hill.

Short animated explainations of Avebury and surrounding area from David The Viking will be viewed from a laptop at certain points for bite sized info en route.

A maximum of two children per adult, it is the attending adults responsibility to supervise and kep their children safe during the walking tour.

Food, drink or car parking fees are not included in the ticket price
