Who is this workshop for?
Parents/Carers of young people aged 5 – 11, living in Hertfordshire, who would like to be able to support their child with developing their ability to emotionally regulate and improving their emotional wellbeing. This workshop is Part 2 in our Emotional Wellbeing Series.
