About this event

Join fellow childminders for a practical and supportive network meeting where we’ll explore the renewed Ofsted inspection framework launching in November 2025.

Building on insights from the Ofsted webinar (Renewed Inspection Framework: childminders webinar | Wed 17 Sept 2025*), this session offers space to:

  • Share reflections and questions with peers
  • Begin preparing for changes in practice and documentation
  • Strengthen professional connections and support

Whether you’re newly registered or long-established, this is an opportunity to clarify what the changes mean for you.

*If you missed the Ofsted webinar, you can catch up via their YouTube Channel.

Who can attend?

The HEART Midlands Early Years Stronger Practice Hub is funded to offer activity to early years providers/practitioners based in Birmingham, Coventry, Herefordshire, Solihull, Worcestershire and Warwickshire.

What if I work outside of your hub areas?

If you are outside these areas but work in the early years sector and would like to attend, then of course we would love to see you! However, we will prioritise places for practitioners within our area if numbers are limited.

Why can't I book a place?

It might be full! We add a waiting list to all of our bookable activities and you might be offered a place if someone else's circumstances change and they can no longer attend. We also review waiting lists and will endeavour to offer the activity at a future date if there is a lot of interest.

What happens if I can no longer attend the event?

If your circumstances change, PLEASE sign back in to Eventbrite and cancel your place to release it to someone else on the waiting list.
