Childminders 'Matter’….network and information session for Childminders and Childminding Assistants

For: Childminders and Childminder Assistants working in a registered childcare provision in Leicestershire

Live Free Event: Monday 13 October 2025 - 7.00pm - 8.00pm

These sessions will be a rolling programme of information delivered termly, online by Improvement Advisors and or a guest speaker.

Each session will have a different focus.

Session Details:

This is an opportunity for Childminders and Childminding Assistants to discuss and explore

• Ofsted inspections

• Business sustainability

• Inclusive Practice

• SEND

• EYFS

• Guest speakers from a range of early years partners e.g. Children and Family Wellbeing service (CFWS), Health, Safeguarding partners

• Highlighting ‘what’s new’ and opportunities for networking

The sessions are useful in sharing good practice with other Childminders who may have similar experiences.
