Children & Families Care Group Spaces for Listening Session 19th July 2022

Spaces for Listening - a safe space, where we come together to build trust and psychological safety whilst practicing empathy with colleagues around thoughts and feelings. The sessions are confidential, and as the title explains focus on the power of listening. They can at times be emotional, so we do ask that you look after yourself and others through self care, but the overall aim is that they support you through listening to others and having the same equal opportunity to share your experiences so far and having others listen in return. There is something very powerful about sharing a space to purely listen and share your experience openly. This event is open to all members of Children & Families Care Group
