FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is free parking at Forrest Hills, which is only accessible by car or taxi. If you are travelling from Lancaster University and require transport on the day then please contact Chris Millan beforehand.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Please contact Chris Millan at chris.millan@lancaster.ac.uk with any questions.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, just your fine selves.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

That's fine as well, though if you could let Chris know as soon as possible if this is the case then he can update records here and make sure you get a name badge.
