Four weeks introduction on how to educate children to be mindful, manage difficult situations, help them calm down, be more focused, fall asleep more easily and generally become more patient, kind and aware.
This course is designed for 7-11 year olds and the parent participation is to guide them after the course is finished. It’s particulary good for the pressures modern day kids are under, especially during exams. Building self esteem and confidence within themselves.
