An interesting workshop that will challenge you to stand back, reflect and think about what the term misbehaving means. We will unpick children’s behaviour and look at how we can support children to manage their feelings and learn from their ‘mistaken behaviour’.
- To identify the difference between what misbehaving and mistaken behaviour is
- Develop an understanding about the skills and qualities needed to support children with their behaviour
- Gain an understanding of why children might show mistaken behaviour
- Learn strategies that support children's behaviour through a 'guidance approach'
On successful completion of this workshop, learners will be awarded a certificate which counts as Continuous Professional Development (CPD) evidence.
Notice period for cancellation is 10 days for a full refund. Cancellations outside of this period is classed as short notice and is non-refundable. A place on the next course is at the discretion of @Home Childcare.
