Looking for a fun and enriching way to keep your child engaged this summer?

Join us at the beautiful Royal William Yard for a creative session designed for children aged 7 and up. Packed with hands-on craft and printing activities, this session offers the perfect blend of fun, learning, and imagination—giving children a chance to explore their creative side. A great way to break up the holidays and make meaningful memories!

All resources are provided including aprons. Children will have practice pieces and a finished item at the end of the session that they will be taking home.

This is part of a 6 week set of sessions, each session focussing on a different theme. Each session will be stand alone and will involve plenty of demonstration but also as much hands-on time as possible for your child.

Adults are able to participate as much or as little as you wish. However, it is requested that you stay nearby as we will not be able to take children individually to the toilet and so adults will need to facilitate this.

Does my child need to bring anything with them?

Not at all, I provide everything they need for the session. Drinks are not provided so feel free to bring your child's own drink, or purchase from the Ocean Studios cafe.

Is there parking?

There is plenty of parking. There's a free car park about 5 min walk just outside the RWY; Strand Street, PL1 3RL However, this is often very busy. There are plenty of spaces closer by and these can be paid using card or on the Pay By Phone App - the location number is: 59542

Are refunds available?

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more in advance of the event, a refund will be provided.

How accessible is the workshop?

The workshop is on the ground floor of Ocean Studios, the floor is a little uneven in places. We are able to move the chairs and stools. There is a disabled access toilet.

Where does the workshop take place?

The workshop is within Ocean Studios at the Royal William Yard. In the booking confirmation, there will be clear directions to help you find me!

What's included in the cost?

The tuition from Louise and all of the resources required for the session. It does not include any drinks or refreshments. Please either ensure that your child has a drinking bottle or you purchase a drink from the Ocean Studios cafe.

Can I stay with my child?

Of course! If however, you wanted to sit nearby in the Ocean Studios café with a coffee that's absolutely fine. We will not be able to take the children to the toilet during the session so this will need to be facilitated by yourself.
