Join one of Winchester’s professional guides for a 60 minute walking tour, starting at Winchester Visitor Information Centre.

The Children’s Winchester History tours are for children aged 7 years and over along with their grown-ups. A short, light-hearted walking tour of the sights of Winchester’s funny, horrid and sometimes bizarre history, from the Romans to the present day.

Child Ticket - You will need to undertake a separate second transaction to the one used to purchase the adult tickets in your group. When booking for the children select the number of children's tickets you require under general admission category, enter the promotional code CHILD and click apply. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Carer Ticket - Tickets for an essential carer are free. You will need to undertake a separate second transaction to the one used to purchase the other tickets for your group. Please select one ticket under general admission category, enter the promotional code CARERFREE and click apply. This allows the tickets to be purchased for free.

Tickets can be bought via Eventbrite until 9am on the morning of the tour. After this any remaining tickets can be purchased in the Visitor Information Centre.
