Whether you’re completely new to cold therapy or already a fan, this is the perfect way to try it safely and confidently.We’ll begin with a relaxed conversation to explain the process, answer any questions, and tailor the session to suit your needs.

You’ll be gently guided through calming breathwork to prepare your body and mind, followed by coached cold water immersion. Afterward, enjoy time in the warm steam tent to help your body reset and recover.

We finish with hot drinks, cake, and time to reflect, leaving you grounded, energised and with a real sense of achievement.
