Welcome to Chillaz, the ultimate celebration of Southern African culture, cuisine, and music! Our event combines the vibrant flavours of traditional Southern African BBQ, known as braai, with the pulsating rhythms of the region's diverse musical heritage.

Founded by a passionate group of food and music enthusiasts, Chillaz was born out of a desire to share the rich and diverse traditions of Southern Africa with the world. We believe that the best way to experience a culture is through its food and music, and we’ve created an event that not only cultivates music but also gives you the taste of home.

At Chillaz, you’ll find a mouth-watering array of BBQ delights, from succulent boerewors sausages to perfectly grilled beef, all prepared by expert chefs who honour the time-honoured methods of braai. Alongside the culinary experience, we showcase an eclectic mix of live performances. The full Braai menu can be found below
