Chilly Dippers x Suicide&Co Swim

We are so excited to be collaborating with the wonderful swimming community, Chilly Dippers, to host a Charity Cold Water Swim at Parliament Hill Lido on Saturday, the 10th of January!

We're asking for donations of £10 towards Suicide&Co to secure your space. You will also need to pay the £5 lido entry on the day. Thanks to your support and donations, we can help more people bereaved by suicide.

Everyone deserves to feel like they have permission to grieve, and losing a loved one to suicide can shatter your life. Suicide&Co provides free, confidential one-to-one counselling support. Their practical and emotional support helps people through their own challenging journey. Together, we can open the conversation and reduce the stigma associated with suicide.

Every £30 donation will help provide one person with a free counselling session.
