Chin Up Cardiff is a peer-support group for survivors of sexual assault. We run free sessions such as pumpkin painting, yoga, sensory walks and clothes upcycling to create a supportive environment for women to connect over their shared experiences. Our mission is to reduce isolation and ensure that survivors know that they are not alone.
Join Chin Up Cardiff for our Autumn fundraiser to raise vital funds to continue the work of this charity.
We will be running mini-Chin Up Cardiff sessions throughout the day, so everyone can have a try and see what we do. These include clay sculpting, pumpkin painting, jewellery making, friendship bracelet making and meditative drawing. There is a £5 entry fee on the door, which gets you 3 tokens to try our sessions.
There will be stalls where local artists, crafters, and makers are selling their products. We will also be selling some limited edition Chin Up Cardiff merch!
