About this event

The China Britain Trade Expo 2020 will take place on September 20th 2021 and welcomes business leaders from the UK and China to do business in London's Congress Centre. The delegation will gather to discuss new trade and export opportunities, best practice, forge new deals and partnerships, and meet with government representatives from the relevant international territories. 

The event takes place at a pivitol time for British business and industry, when new global markets and opportunities will be explored on a scale never before.

2020, for the most part, will be a year of political negotiations but also a time for businesses to make key strategic decisions. Now in its 5th year, the China Britain Trade Expo brings together a selection of the UK's and China's most innovative service providers, business leaders and high-profile delegates looking to do business and discuss trade opportunities.

With a full conference running alongside the exhibition, the event will deliver a fantastic platform for all those wishing to do business in China. Presentations will occur throughout the day from leading trade experts, Government representatives and leading global brands.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, once registered your badge will be available for collection on the badge collection desks at the entrance of the venue.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes, all delegates require valid photo ID and must be 18 years or older.  Acceptable forms of photo ID are: either passport or driving licence, or a company pass with your photograph, a company logo and company name as an alternative.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No, in order for you to gain access to the event the name given for your ticket/registration must match the person who is attending.  You are, however, able to transfer your pass into someone else's name, see below. 

Can I update my registration information?

If you would like to change any details for your badge please email with this request.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, your pass can be transferred into someone else's name as long as this is done more than 2 weeks in advance of the event.  To do so please email with this request.
