Stephen Phillips joined the China-Britain Business Council as Chief Executive in 2006, and has been actively engaged in business in and with China since 1989. Before joining CBBC, Stephen held a number of senior investment positions, specialising in structuring and financing cross-border investments. He also worked as International Trade Director, UK Trade & Investment based in the South West of England.
