During this class you'll have the opportunity to learn some of the most popular Chinese take away dishes, as well as techniques on how to make them tastier, fresher and healthier!
This course is entertaining, relaxed and informative, you will learn how to blend oriental ingredients to create "Authentic", Tasty Chinese food.
This course includes all ingredients, fortune cookies, chopsticks, recipe sheets and lots of laughter as we talk about growing up in the Wan House Hold.
And after the cooking class, students will be able to enjoy their dishes (plus any leftovers can be doggy bagged up to take home and enjoyed at another time)
Your teacher, Chef Kwoklyn Wan was trained by none other than Poppa Wan and the head chef of his restaurant (The Panda) "Bang". Kwoklyn has worked in a myriad of Chinese restauarnts and takeaways and was head chef at Top Deck seafood restaurant on the South Coast.
