Over the two-hour tea ceremony, we will taste three exquisite Phoenix Dancong teas, all lovingly crafted by Yu Yingfeng, a nationally recognised inheritor of China’s intangible cultural heritage in tea-making:

Tea 1: Ya Shi Xiang (Duck Shit Aroma) – bold, floral, and surprisingly elegant

Tea 2: Mi Yun (Honey Rhyme) – richly roasted with deep, honeyed undertones

Tea 3: Old Bush Baxian (Eight Immortals) – floral, sweet, and long in finish

Our tea master, Steven Shu, is an expert with over twenty years of experience in Chinese tea ceremonies.
