As we are approaching the 'Year of the Dragon' - and the Dragon symbolises ‘Power’ - TV chef and author Ching He Huang invites you to unleash your hidden power by giving back, sharing joy, and supporting others to make their own luck.

That's why she'll be hosting a Lunar New Year Party in the Food & Drink Studio, with all profits going to Centrepoint.

Expect drinks, Chinese nibbles, some live cooking and a copy of Ching's newly released cookbook Wok for Less.

The menu of canapes includes:

Chicken Sweetcorn Egg Drop Wonton Skin Soup (symbolising ‘power’)
Roast Duck Lettuce Wraps (’symbolising ‘fidelity’)
Roast Chicken Mushroom Puffs (symbolising ‘power’)
Pork and Prawn Mushroom Siu Mai (symbolising ‘luck’ and ‘happiness’)
Oyster Sauce Prawn Chow Mein (symbolising ‘happiness’)
Chilli Beef Brisket Baos (symbolising ‘growth’)
