In this workshop you will make and decorate a set of 3 large milk chocolate bars using the finest sustainably sourced Belgian chocolate and a wide variety of decorations.
Whilst the bars set there will be a tutored tasting where you will learn how chocolate is made and the different factors which affect the end flavours. You’ll then learn how to professionally taste chocolate using all your senses and everyone will have 2 single origin chocolate samples to taste and compare. It’s then time to package up your chocolate bars ready to take home.
