The session includes a brief masterclass covering:
- the basics of quality chocolate,
- professional tasting techniques,
- cacao origins,
- bean varieties,
- and the craftsmanship behind bean-to-bar production.
You'll taste five chocolates from different origins, learning how flavour is shaped by origin and learn more about sustainable practices and the future of chocolate.
A highlight of the workshop is a specialty coffee and chocolate pairing, showcasing how these two can complement each other in surprising ways.
The experience ends with a relaxed Q&A, leaving you with a richer appreciation of chocolate and its environmental impact.
