We would all prefer to have healthy, harmonious and stable relationships with family, friends and others. At one level, we know it’s difficult to be at peace and happy in life without this. At another level we find it hard to get there.
In this meditation half-day course with Chelvi, we will learn inspiring meditations and practises for daily life to empower us to change this.
We will explore how it’s possible to choose to love others, even through the ups and downs of life and relationships. Discover how this opens the door to open, honest and healthy relationships with the people in our lives.
Also, we discover our potential to live and act from a place of deeper love and connection as we move through our day and life, and how this leads to increasing inner peace, happiness and fulfillment in life.
