When it comes to online safety, what standards are desirable and attainable? Compliance is the only way forward, not negligence and staff training can be one of the weakest links, according to Ofsted.
With this half-day course, schools can ensure that staff at every level are working in line with all of their relevant workplace responsibilities. Delegates are provided with nationally recognised certificates, awards and diplomas, so that they can undertake and implement assessments and processes in their workplace.
Chris can help to ensure that a consistent approach and message to e-safety can be delivered across multiple locations. The different levels of interest and engagement across school is another issue to overcome. Sometimes there may not be enough time in the day or expertise for colleagues to provide the required training in-house.
