Is parking available?

Yes. The church has plenty of parking, including some disabled spaces right outside the door.

Can children or youth attend?

Young people age 12+ can attend, but will need either parent/guardian with them, or have completed and returned a parental consent form in advance. (contact conference@cdfb.org.uk for the relevant form)

Question 3

Do I need previous dance experience?

Accepted Answer

Not really. There's so much to choose from, that not everyone will have previous experience of everything on offer. This day is about coming and having a go. Our aim is to have fun - to laugh, dance and sing - as we praise God Almighty.

Question 4

I have mobility issues, can I still join in?

Accepted Answer

Yes, of course! We try to make everything we do during the workshops adaptable. It will depend on your individual needs and abilities, but we'll do our best - especially if you let us know in advance. Plus everyone can be a valuable part of the group, simply by being present.

Question 5

Is lunch provided? What about drinks?

Tea, coffee, etc are available on arrival and at break times. Please bring your own packed lunch. Kidderminster town centre is around a 6 minute walk away.

What's happening during the day? Is there a timetable?

More information on the content of the day will be published soon - here on Eventbrite and also on our website cdfb.org.uk - but the day will include workshop choices, creative spaces, all-together dance like Scottish dancing and Messianic, plus time to chat over tea and cake.
