Event description
Christianity and Climate Change is a training course on how we can respond to the climate and ecological crisis.

About this event

How should Christians respond to climate change, one of the biggest issues of our time? Are you keen to gain a better Biblical understanding and talk to others in your church about why this matters?

Join us for an online film series over 5 weeks, featuring internationally renowned Christian climate scientist, Katharine Hayhoe, to help you get to grips with some of these questions and more.

This series is designed to open up discussion and reflection in these challenging times, as more and more people in our world reach crisis points due to a changing climate.

The course begins on Tuesday 28 September at 7:30 pm for four weeks. The final session is on Saturday 30th October at 7:30 pm.

Zoom Links will be sent to registered participants before each session.

More details on the Christianity and Climate Change film series are on the Tearfund website. The course is being run by church leaders from the Portadown Elim Church and Magheralin Church of Ireland, in association with Tearfund.
