To access the masterclass, you’ll need a free Zoom account (download the latest version of Zoom account here).

The login and password to access the session will be sent in email at least one day before the event – please make sure to keep an eye on your Junk Mailing Box, as they may end up there too.

We will send you regular reminders in advance of the event

We recommend you setting up at least 10 minutes before and look forward to seeing you in the session shortly.

The event is listed in the United Kingdom (GMT +0100), please make sure you arrive on time, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to the start time and wait in the zoom waiting room.

Reminder, if you are unable to make the live session or experience any technical difficulties you will be sent a link to the recording to watch in your own time.

STEP-BY-STEP OF SET UP

Step 1

Download the latest version of the Zoom app visit: https://zoom.us/download

YOU WILL NEED TO STEP UP A ZOOM ACCOUNT AND LOGIN WITH YOUR OWN PERSONAL PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT EMAIL ADDRESS BEFORE YOU CLICK ON THE LINK’S BELOW AND ENTER THE PASSWORD FOR THE CLASS.

Step 2

For the class requirements, preparation and useful materials, please download the PDFs supplied.

Step 3

Make sure you have all your materials assembled in advance and your machine is set up using the instructions in the PDF.

Step 4

Once you have logged into your Zoom account, click on the link provided in the EMAIL CONFIRMATION

You will be prompted to 'Open Zoom'. Click on this link to continue or select 'launch meeting'.

Step 5Enter the password for this class in the pop-up window.

Once you've done this you should see the following screen. Once you've reached this step you're ready! The session will start automatically once the tutor is ready and the presentation will takeover your device screen.
