Overview

Let's get messy and bake some delicious Christmas bread together, no experience required!

Welcome to the Christmas Breads Making Workshop! Join us on for a fun and interactive session where you'll learn how to bake a variety of festive breads from scratch.

Whether you're a seasoned baker or a complete beginner, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to add some homemade charm to their holiday celebrations. I will guide you through each step of the process, from mixing the dough to shaping and baking the loaves.

These are the breads that we will make during the workshop :

Cozonac : a beloved sweet bread in Romania, this treat is not just any ordinary loaf of bread, but a traditional sweet bread with a long and reach history made with flour, sugar, milk, cocoa, eggs, walnuts , poppy seeds and raisins.

Christoposmo : a doubled braided sweet bread from Greece, made with flour, milk, sugar, nutmeg, walnuts, and sesame seeds

Ciambella Mandorlata : a sweet bread from Italy, made with almond flour, milk, sugar, eggs, butter, and almond flakes.

Come alone or bring a friend - either way, you're guaranteed to leave with new skills, tasty treats, and a heart full of holiday spirit. Don't miss out on this opportunity to create memories and delicious breads that will impress your family and friends. See you there!
