Christmas Cacao Connection and Sound Bath
Welcome to the Christmas Cacao Connection and Sound Bath event! Join us at the Selly Oak Quaker Meeting House for a magical evening of relaxation, connection and love. Indulge in the warmth of cacao followed by immersing yourself in the soothing sounds of a crystal bowl sound bath. As a special Christmas treat you will receive a crystal of your very own to use during the sound bath and at home.

Let go of stress, unwind, and embrace the holiday spirit in a tranquil setting. This in-person event promises to be a unique experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to embrace the festive season. Don't miss out on this opportunity to treat yourself to a special evening of self-care and relaxation.

Yoga mats are provided along with a blanket, eye mask, water and cacao (prepared with oat milk and honey or water, whichever you choose). So you can relax without any input. However, feel free to bring your own yoga mat, a cushion and your favourite blanket to help you get into a place of comfort and deep relaxation. Be sure to get your loyalty card which allows you to join me for 5 sessions to get your 6th Free.

Doors open 5 minutes before to give you time to get a find your place and allow yourself to relax and settle. Also note that there is limited space in the car park, so please allow time to park on a nearby road and walk round, or where possible use public transport.

Please note that cacao does contain a small amount of caffeine, however, this drink can be used to improve sleep. It is not recommended that those who are pregnant or have epilepsy attend sound baths, we apologise for any upset this may cause.
