Description

Rosie from The Stamford Kitchen, will show you how to marzipan and fondant ice your Christmas cake, with top tips to ensure you get a smooth professional finish. You will then add some festive finishing touches, from snowflakes to Christmas trees. Piping techniques and sugar paste decorations will also be learnt. No doubt, your cake will be the highlight of your Christmas table.

You will need to either bring your own 8" fruit cake or we can provide one for you ( this is at a separate cost, directly via Rosie at the email below) all other materials are provided.

  • This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for approximately 3 hours.

  • This course includes all your decorating ingredients, your own Bakehouse apron to take away with you. Please see highlighting paragraph above, should you wish to order a cake to decorate

  • And after the cooking class, students will have their finished cake to take home with them ready for the big day.

  • A glass of Prosecco, soft drinks, tea, coffee & canapes will also be availble during the evening.
