Hi! I'm Claire, I've been a calligrapher since 2005 and I teach beginners modern calligraphy workshops around the north west of England, especially in Manchester.

Join me for an absolute beginners modern calligraphy class if you've never written with a pointed nib and a pot of ink before. You'll love it.

When I'm not teaching, I am writing away in my home studio on the Cumbrian coast. I specialise in weddings - so my desk is usually covered in invitations, envelopes and place name cards and tags.
